Poka Snack™ reached an important milestone with the filing of a U.S. utility patent application covering the product’s unique functional design and methods of use. The application is currently patent pending.

May 2026 — Poka Snack™ Trademark Receives Notice of Allowance

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued a Notice of Allowance for the Poka Snack™ trademark application. This milestone indicates that the application successfully completed examination and the publication period without opposition. The application remains pending while we complete the final steps toward registration.

July 2026 — Design Patent Application Filed

To further protect the unique appearance and design of Poka Snack™, a U.S. design patent application was filed. The application is currently patent pending.

Summer 2026 — Final Packaging Design in Progress

We are putting the finishing touches on Poka Snack™ packaging as we prepare for production and launch. Our goal is to create packaging that clearly communicates the fun, simplicity, and versatility of making frozen fruit snacks at home.
